Pastor Panha Doeung received his Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. He joined FCBC as the English/Youth Pastor in March 2006. He was appointed as senior pastor in July 2008. He is married to Sokchea and has one daughter, Catherine.

Prior to coming to FCBC, he was the South Texas Region Budget Manager at Cingular Wireless. He has served as Pastor at South Main Baptist Cambodian (1998-2005) in Houston and Youth Pastor at Asian-American Church of Houston (1997-1998).

He enjoys reading, traveling and watching (and playing) sports.  His ministry passion and gifts are teaching and administration.

Judy Cheng graduated in May 2009 from Moody Bible Institute with a Master degree in Biblical Studies. Prior to attending Moody, Judy has worked in the food industry as a research scientist for over 20 years and has a Master Degree in Food Science.

She was born in Hong Kong.  Her family moved to Taiwan when she was 6. She met her husband Chih while working in Chicago. After living there for almost 30 years, they moved to San Antonio in 2005 and started attending FCBCSA.

She was baptized in 1982 and has been an active member in Chinese Baptist Church in Chicago serving at various areas.

Judy enjoys reading and traveling. Her ministry gift and passion is to study God’s word with others.

Stephanie Lee is a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio. She was born and raised here and has attended FCBC her whole life. During the summer of 2008 she interned with the youth ministries program, and was excited to be asked to continue serving in August of 2008 as the part time youth ministries director.
 
Before beginning her internship at FCBC, Stephanie was exploring another passion in her life- music- as she finished up her degree in May of 2008. She loves to play the flute and piano, especially on worship team at FCBC.  When she is not working with the youth group, Stephanie teaches private flute and piano lessons.
 
She likes to spend her free time listening to and playing music, reading, and hanging out with her family and friends.  Her ministry passion and gifts are musical worship, and nurturing and directing teens as they look for and towards Christ.
